About the Creators:
"THRU THE RINSE" is the result of a two-year collaboration between Latina actress Jackie Cruz and actor/filmmaker Jason Avalos. They aim to bring new Latin heroes and anti-heroes to the comic book world and cinema.
Their mission: "We can't all be pinche' Spiderman, and Nacho Libre ain't cutting it."

Synopsis: Rez and Brasil, a duo of lovers and vigilantes, navigate a world of shadows and secrets. Their latest mission drags them into the jungle, where they gain new powers through a psychedelic ritual. Back in the city, they face a powerful enemy in the Seawench submarine. A warning from their cousin Memo about a brewing gang war sets them on a path of survival and trust.

Synopsis: In the dark, neon-lit cityscape, Memo, known as The SPECTRE
embarks on a supernatural odyssey that blurs the line between reality and the occult. Tasked by the Necromancer Society, Memo must escort the diminutive Old Grim Reaper to a netherworld region to usher in a new era of death. As they journey through eerie, haunted parks and desolate playgrounds, Memo battles grotesque demons and encounters ancient horrors. Along the way, Memo faces a Faustian temptation to rule a dimension of Hell but ultimately rejects it, reaffirming his loyalty to his friends, the Aguila Blancos.
